She is also survived by her loving grandparents, Barbara Shumate of Coos Bay, Oregon, and Laverne Walls of Antlers, Oklahoma as well as numerous other relatives and friends.Ĭharlie was preceded in death by her grandfather: Charles (Sonny Boy) Walls.Ĭharlie was a proud graduate of Antlers High School and went on to earn her Doctorate of Law from the University of Oklahoma.
